Cooking
workshop: Jeannine's
delicious Provincial Fruit Jams
On Saturday morning, after going
to the market with Jeannine, you
will develop a typical French menu
(starter + main course + cheese
+ dessert). Afterwards, you will
then sit down at the table to enjoy
the meal with the wine of your
choice. It will take about 6 hours
to understand how the French prepare
and enjoy their cooking (how they
select the products from the market,
how they make and balance their
menus according to the seasons,
how they choose their wine, cheese
and Provencal dishes). This course
is closely related to the cooking
workshops 'Jeannine's delicious
jams' & 'Jeannine's delicious
pies' which take place on Wednesdays.
For 4 hours, Jeannine will introduce
you to several jams, their preparation
with local fruit, and then teach
you how to bake tartes Tatin, charlottes
