Important notes
- Whichever means of payment you have chosen, please make sure the names of the students,the dates of course and the invoice number are clearly indicated.
- Please note that the bank charges for transfers are at your expenses.

DEPOSIT (only for students in residence, campus or host family) |
A deposit of 200 € per student must be made by the student on the day of arrival before taking possession of the apartment / room. The deposit may be made paid in cash, by traveler's check or by credit card. This deposit will be refunded to the student in full on the day of departure, less any breakages, missing items costs of repairs or any cleaning that may be necessary.

INSURANCE |
We highly recommend you to take a personal insurance for stay cancellation or interruption and repatriation. It is expressly stipulated that the personal effects, suitcases, objects, movable property, vehicles and objects of value owned by clients are not guaranteed against theft, loss or damage of any nature or origin whatsoever. The parties therefore agree that INSTITUT PREVERT / CENTRE INTERNATIONAL D'ANTIBES shall under no circumstances be held liable and that is the responsibility of the student to take out whatever insurance may be deemed necessary to guarantee his/her personal belongings and property made available to him/her. Where students are minors, their parents or legal guardians shall assume all legal liability on their behalf and shall take out full insurance on behalf of such minors. |

CITY TAX |
Students in residence accommodation : on arrival, we collect a city tax of 0,40 € (1,30 € for Hotel Ambassadeur) per night and per person, on behalf of the municipality of Antibes (this tax is subject to modifications). |

COMPLAINTS |
Any complaint regarding the services provided by INSTITUT PREVERT / CENTRE INTERNATIONAL D'ANTIBES shall be made by the interested part, to our office in Antibes within the week following the end of the course. In the event of legal dispute, the parties agree that the case shall be heard under the sole jurisdiction of the courts area in which the head quarters of the company is located. |
